The experience wasn't without its bumps. Dingy lighting made the entrance hard to spot, and the breakfast setup felt chaotic, with tables lacking plates and cutlery due to large tour groups overrunning the dining area. There was a constant noise from the morning cleaners, which could seriously disrupt a good night's sleep. On top of that, I experienced quite a bit of misinformation regarding the availability of cribs and potential fees, which put a damper on what could have been a smoother stay. With minor fixes in these areas, the place could definitely up its game.
